Return & Refund Policy

Returns--30 days guarantee. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. Customers must initiate the return process within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returns initiated after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

All returns must obtain return authorization first.

We pay all shipping costs of a return is a result of our error and you are exchanging it for the item you ordered (i.e. received an incorrect or defective item, etc). For all other returns the customer is responsible for roundtrip shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing such as box, plastic bag etc. For verification purposes.

  1. Please email info@yepdent.com to request a return or refund and we will assign you a RMA#.
  1. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice they appeared on mark with the provided RMA #.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
